- Player profile details (for example: name, handicap, target handicap, handedness)
- Round and scoring data (scores, hole details, clubs, shot direction, putts, penalties, and related analytics inputs)
- Course selections and manually entered course details
Purchase and Subscription Data
If you purchase Scorecard+ Pro features, transactions are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Support/Feedback
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message (for example: your email address and support details).
2. How We Use Information
- Provide core app functionality (score tracking and golf insights)
- Calculate post-round and multi-round analytics
- Save your settings and preferences
- Enable and verify Pro access through Apple
- Respond to support requests
3. Data Storage
Scorecard stores your golf and profile data locally on your device. If iCloud backup is enabled on your device, your device backup may include app data as part of Apple backup services.
4. Third-Party Services
Scorecard may use third-party services solely to support app functionality, such as:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit (subscriptions and in-app purchases)
- Course data providers (for course search/details, if used in-app)
These services are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
6. Data Retention
Your data remains on your device unless you delete it (or remove the app). Email communications are retained as needed to provide support.
7. Your Choices
- Edit or delete data in the app
- Uninstall the app to remove local app data
- Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
8. Children's Privacy
Scorecard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International Users
If you use Scorecard outside your home country, your information may be processed in the country where you or your service providers are located, subject to applicable law.
